These terms explain how customers, professionals and visitors may use VAYUHELP, the home services platform operated by VAAYU SOFTWARE PVT LTD.

Displayed prices, estimates, fees and taxes may vary by service, location and scope.

Safety

Customers and professionals must maintain safe, lawful and respectful conduct.

This page is written as a practical platform agreement for VAYUHELP users. It is not a substitute for notices shown inside a specific booking flow, invoice, offer, service description or support decision. If a booking-specific term is shown at checkout or in a confirmed service record, that booking-specific term will apply to that booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of VAYUHELP, including our website, mobile experiences, booking flows, communications, payment features and related services.

VAYUHELP is operated by VAAYU SOFTWARE PVT LTD, CIN U70200JH2026PTC027885. By browsing, creating an account, booking a service, communicating with a professional, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you use VAYUHELP on behalf of another person, household, business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.

2. What VAYUHELP Provides

VAYUHELP is a technology platform for finding, booking and managing home services. Services may include repairs, maintenance, cleaning, appliance support and other everyday household services listed on the platform.

Professionals listed on VAYUHELP are independent service providers unless expressly stated otherwise. VAYUHELP may help with discovery, matching, scheduling, payments, support, service records and quality checks, but the actual service is performed by the assigned professional.

Availability, service categories, service areas, response times and professional participation may change without prior notice.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration, contact, address and booking information. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or verified phone/email.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement under applicable law. Minors may use the platform only through a parent, guardian or legally responsible adult.

We may verify phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, identity signals or other account details when needed for safety, fraud prevention or service delivery.

4. Bookings and Service Scope

A booking request is not confirmed until the platform or assigned professional confirms it. Some services may require inspection, customer confirmation, advance payment, parts availability, or an updated quote.

You must describe the service requirement honestly and completely. If the actual work differs from the selected service, the professional may revise the price, request additional approval, or decline work outside the listed scope.

Service timings are estimates. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, previous jobs, customer availability, safety checks, parts availability or other operational reasons.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide safe access to the service location, ensure an adult is present where required, secure valuables, pets and restricted areas, and share relevant risks before work begins.

You must not ask professionals to perform unlawful, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or platform-bypassing work. You must treat professionals and support staff with respect.

You are responsible for checking the completed work before the professional leaves and raising concerns through the platform within a reasonable time.

6. Professionals and Service Quality

VAYUHELP may conduct onboarding checks, profile reviews, training, ratings analysis or service-quality monitoring. These checks improve trust but do not guarantee that every service will be error-free.

Professionals are responsible for performing accepted work with reasonable skill, care and lawful conduct. Customers should not hire professionals outside the platform for a booking introduced through VAYUHELP.

If a service issue is reported, VAYUHELP may review records, chat history, images, payment information, location signals and feedback to decide an appropriate support response.

7. Prices, Payments and Taxes

Prices shown on VAYUHELP may be fixed, starting prices, estimates, inspection charges, subscription charges, part charges, convenience fees or other listed amounts. Final payable amounts may vary based on work scope, parts, taxes, discounts and customer-approved additions.

Payments may be collected online, by cash where enabled, or through other supported methods. You agree to pay all valid charges related to confirmed bookings and completed services.

Discounts, credits, coupons and promotional offers are subject to their own conditions, may be withdrawn or changed, and may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund outcomes depend on service type, timing, professional travel, inspection, parts procurement, payment status and whether work has started.

VAYUHELP may charge or deduct reasonable cancellation, visit, inspection, payment gateway, logistics or material costs where applicable and disclosed.

Refunds, when approved, may be returned to the original payment method, wallet, credit balance or another permitted mode. Bank or payment-provider timelines may apply.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse the platform, create false bookings, manipulate ratings, share misleading information, harass others, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer systems, or interfere with platform security.

You must not use VAYUHELP to arrange work that violates law, building rules, safety standards, third-party rights or platform policies.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we believe an account, booking or activity creates risk for customers, professionals, VAYUHELP or the public.

10. Content, Reviews and Communications

You may submit ratings, reviews, photos, chats, service notes, addresses and other content. You confirm that your content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.

You allow VAYUHELP to use, store, display, analyze and process your content for operating the platform, support, dispute resolution, safety, quality, analytics and lawful business purposes.

Service communications may happen through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notifications, in-app chat or other channels. Some communications may be recorded or retained where permitted by law.

11. Privacy and Data

Your use of VAYUHELP involves processing of personal information such as identity, contact details, addresses, location signals, booking history, payment references, chat records and service feedback.

We use this information to operate bookings, verify users, prevent fraud, process payments, improve services, provide support and meet legal obligations.

Where third-party services such as payment processors, maps, messaging tools, cloud infrastructure or analytics providers are used, their processing may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Warranties and Liability

VAYUHELP is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, instant matching, universal availability, or that every professional will accept every request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAAYU SOFTWARE PVT LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, emotional distress, or losses caused by user conduct, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for the disputed booking, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VAAYU SOFTWARE PVT LTD, its directors, officers, employees and partners against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, inaccurate information or violation of third-party rights.

14. Intellectual Property

VAYUHELP, its logos, interfaces, software, design, content, workflows, service taxonomy and platform materials are owned by or licensed to VAAYU SOFTWARE PVT LTD.

You may use the platform only for its intended purpose. You must not copy, scrape, sell, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from platform materials without written permission.

15. Changes to Terms or Services

We may update these Terms, service flows, fees, policies, eligibility rules or platform features from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of VAYUHELP after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by competent courts in Jharkhand, India.

Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact VAYUHELP support through the platform so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved operationally.
